Udbhav Surtal is a three-day national competition that showcases and nurtures emerging talent in Indian classical and semi-classical music.

Organized by Udbhav Sports and Cultural Association, the festival offers competitions, artist-led workshops, and performance opportunities designed to connect budding musicians with seasoned practitioners and a wider audience.

Program Schedule
• Day 1 — Arrival, Leaders’ Meeting & Opening Ceremony: Participant registration and an inaugural ceremony with a welcome address and introductory performances.
• Day 2 — First Performance Day & Workshop: Competitive performances followed by interactive workshops and mentoring sessions with noted artists.
• Day 3 — Second Performance Day & Closing Ceremony: Final rounds, award presentation, and a closing cultural programme. Objectives
